WattCharge.io Wallet - Gift Cards are issued by Watt charge LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the "UAE"), and include WattCharge.io Wallet - Gift Cards that are automatically added to your WattCharge.io Balance when you "reload" your balance (" Wallet - Gift Cards"). Your WattCharge.io Balance displays the total remaining balance of all Wallet - Gift Cards that have been applied to your WattCharge.io account but not yet applied to a purchase. We may refer to your WattCharge.io Balance as your "Watt Balance", "Gift Card balance", or "WC Balance". To view your WattCharge.io Balance, visit Your Account on WattCharge.io. Application Purchases are deducted from your WattCharge.io Balance. Any unused WattCharge.io Balance will remain associated with your WattCharge.io account. If a purchase exceeds your WattCharge.io Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

Wallet - Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services on www.WattCharge.io. In these terms and conditions, "Watt Charge", "we", "us", and "our" means Watt Charge and its Affiliates. "Affiliate" means with respect to a party, any entity that directly or indirectly Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with that party. "Control" means the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities or otherwise. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion. Redemption of Wallet - Gift Cards at any affiliated property is subject to change in our sole discretion. Watt Charge or its Affiliates may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Wallet - Gift Cards that they purchase.

Your WattCharge.io Balance cannot be used to purchase other Wallet - Gift Cards, prepaid open loop cards, or certain third-party Wallet - Gift Cards. Wallet - Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of www.WattCharge.io or its affiliated properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from WattCharge.io; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by our WattCharge.io Gift Card Restrictions and Prohibited Activities policy. No portion of your WattCharge.io Balance may be transferred to another WattCharge.io account. Neither your WattCharge.io Balance nor your Wallet - Gift Cards may be applied to the purchase of goods or services at any Watt Charge-affiliated property outside of the UAE.

The risk of loss and title for Wallet - Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Wallet - Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Wallet - Gift Cards must be obtained from WattCharge.io or an authorized third party, and you are responsible for safeguarding your WattCharge.io Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your WattCharge.io Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card. Watt Charge is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

By using a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Watt Charge or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Wallet - Gift Cards(including as a component of your WattCharge.io Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Wallet - Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an WattCharge.io account (or your WattCharge.io Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

To the full extent permissible by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Wallet - Gift Cards or your Wattcharge.io balance, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the full extent permissible by law, in the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of that Gift Card.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Wallet - Gift Cards or your WattCharge.io Balance will be resolved by the dispute resolution terms in the WattCharge.io Conditions of Use.

The WattCharge.io Conditions of Use apply. No fees apply to Wallet - Gift Cards. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able to apply a Gift Card to your account or your WattCharge.io Balance to a purchase. When you purchase, receive, or apply a Gift Card to your account, or your WattCharge.io Balance to a purchase, you agree that the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute that may arise between you and Watt Charge related to your use of a Gift Card or your WattCharge.io Balance. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Please read these conditions carefully before using Watt Charge Services Application. By using our Services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. We offer a wide range of Watt Charge Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use an Watt Charge Service (for example Your Profile, Gift Cards or Watt Charge applications for mobile), you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and conditions applicable to that Watt Charge Service ("Service Terms"). If these Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.

All Wallet - Gift Cards are valid for ten (10) years from the date of issuance; they expire in accordance with their stated terms.
